Glossary of Andy

Below are all the concepts and words found in Andy:

A

Assets:is available/published in Andy App

Attach:action to add a file or document in order to share information with the recipient. An image file or video can be attached.

Attempt to the item:allows you to attach a previously added resource toBookstoreto visually complement the item

Format adjustments:the way in which the information is presented on the label that applies to a product. This can be in time or text format

Alert:warning that occurs when a risk or danger related to food security is detected

Andy App:application that provides access to Andy's tools and functions to perform tasks

Annotation:refers to the ability to add comments or notes to the label, rather than translate expiry. The annotations allow additional information, clarifications or recommendations for improving labelling management.

Extra annotations (Note 1/ Note 2/Note 3):allows you to add additional information to the label. Extra annotations may include specific details, such as ingredients and allergens, or additional comments considered relevant to labelling management.

Audits:tool that makes it easier for us to know how our establishment is working. This gives us a result that allows us to check whether certain tasks are carried out correctly, emphasizing those that require greater attention, thus preventing possible risks. The purpose of an audit is to diagnose and identify which activities are carried out as expected, which are not and those that can be improved.

Calendar:shows the date and month of the history of tasks and labels completed and printed by Andy

Quantity:number of labels to be printed or generated to apply to products. The user can define the number of labels they need for each product or production batch.

Category:Set of elements that have common characteristics and are used to classify and organize them. In this case, Andy allows you to classify Tasks, Records and Bookstore.

Main category:main class where subcategories/folders can be created for greater organization

Support chat:online communication in which users can interact with Andy technical support

PIN key:4-issue personal code used to authenticate and access Andy APP with your corresponding user

Access key:minimum 8-digit password used to authenticate and access Andy APP

Communiqués:messages sent by the brand to inform users about important news or updates

Condition:refers to a specific state or requirement that must be fulfilled in order to consider a task or process as correctly completed

Task dependency:allows the option of being able to block the completion of a list of tasks until you complete another listing.

Download:obtaining content through an Internet connection

Unlink device:This feature allows users to disconnect a device from their account

Highlights:resource displayed on the home page of the Andy APP library


E

Edit message:allows you to modify the content of a chat message

Remove:function that allows users to delete or delete data, files or information from Andy templates

Send message:action to transmit information through Andy's diary. this may include emojis

Status of staff:determines whether the template is in draft or published

States of incidents:relate to the different stages or phases through which an impact may happen. These are open or closed and allow you to create more than one open-type state.

Tag:is the information placed on the packaging or label of the food product to identify its content and provide relevant information, such as the expiry date, composition, origin, among others.

Billing:process of generating and sending invoices to customers but the service provided

Response format:refers to the type of response with which we want the item to be completed

Time Strip:sets out the turn in which this task must be visible

Frequency:refers to the periodicity at which the staff and/or items are completed. In other words, it indicates the time at which the task is to be carried out, for example, weekly, monthly, quarterly...

Local groups:a set of premises that are organized and managed together. These share templates, labelling, library files...

Save digital labelling:captures label information in digital format, allowing for easy access and subsequent management. Instead of physically printing the label, you can save the information in Andy, thus being able to review the history of printed labels in a very accessible way.

Help Center:Andy help center providing information and answers to frequently asked questions about Andy's use in all its aspects

Tools:are the modules that make up Andy. The most relevant are: Tasks, Records, Incidents, Audits, Labelling, Digital Labelling, Library, Configuration and Help.


I

Identification:a number or word used to identify a user and/or local

Identifier:Single code of a premises used to access Andy APP

Cover image:allows you to select a cover image for better audit identification

Printer: labelling machine carrying out the printing of product labelling

Default printer:printer used by default when sending a print order from Andy

Inactive:nor is available/published in Andy App

Incidents:allows to record the incidents detected during working hours and corrective actions carried out. Its main function is to quickly inform and resolve disconformities in kitchen by determining the solution.

Home:Andy Control Panel home screen which provides an overview of the metrics and important data of the relevant premises.

Item:is each of the points to be filled in a Task, Records, Incidents and Audits template

Licenses:permission granted to a user or company to use Andy and to create a new premises

Bookstore:is a space where different types of files, such as videos, photos and documents, can be stored. It is used to train the team, who have the possibility to consult the information when they need it to carry out their work correctly. For example, recipes, training videos, cleaning procedures, HACCP manuals, maintenance contacts, etc. can be attached.

Time limitation:allows limiting the completion of the task list to certain hours and up to 3 days earlier

Logo:image or graphic design representing a company or brand

Premises:individual shops or premises that have access to Andy

Brand:visual identity of a company, including the logo, color scheme and other visual elements

Menu:list of options that a user can choose in an application or website

Featured message:message that has been highlighted or marked as important in chat

Access level:the different levels of authorization or permissions that can be granted to users within Control Panel and Andy APP

Does not apply:This setting allows the item not to count for the final percentage of the completed template

Note:brief comment or comment that is added to the label information. It may include ingredients, allergens, etc.

Notes:comments that a user can add to the diary

Notification:configuration that allows to notify the controller we indicate via email, so that it can be informed when something is not right.

What's new:are recent Andy updates or changes that are advertised to users

Number of premises:the number identifying a local within Andy

Order:Numerical system in which categories are displayed and organised in Andy App

Control panel:tool that gives access to adjustments andconfigurationof the account to manage the differentlocal premisesand grant management permits to theusers. One of its main functions is that it allows you to know in real time what is happening in the various premises. View records, tasks, audits, etc. That is to say atrackingexhaustive and at the moment!

Request revision:allows you to select which user role should review the completion of the item if the item is to be verified

Profile:set of personal information describing a brand on Andy as its name, email address, profile picture and preferences

Permits:Rights or authorizations granted to a user in a system or application to access certain functions or resources

Management permits:indicates thatUser Rolescan manage the template within the Andy APP

Action plan:refers to a set of corrective measures to be taken in the event of problems or risk situations during the completion of a staff. In this respect, the action plan in the HACCP template in Andy describes the specific actions to be taken to address the problems identified, with the aim of minimizing the risk of pollution and ensuring the quality and safety of products.

Templates:predefined models used to create HACCP templates faster and simpler, such as a recurring task template

Preview:function that allows the user to see what the label will look before printing it. This function is very useful to ensure that the label is properly formatted, contains all the necessary information and looks correctly before applying it to the product. In Andy, tag preview is automatically generated as the data is added or modified in the label template. The user can view the label preview on their device screen and make adjustments if necessary before printing.

Products:refers to the food to be labelled from the premises. These must have conservation status assigned and can be accompanied by an image and annotations.

Score:refers to the qualification assigned to each item in an Audit template that gives a final score according to the item response

Resource:is a container of information in a given format: a document, video or an image

Forward access:allows you to forward access data to the local mail

Reset access:allows you to enter a new access key of the premises with a minimum of 8 characters

Records:records that are filled in on time and do not have a specific periodicity. The most common records we find digitized are: registration of raw materials reception, pest control register, equipment training, chlorine control, diminishing control, among others.

Answer:allows a user to respond directly to a specific message in the chat

Roles:the different levels of authorization or permissions that can be granted to users, which allow them to access different functions or resources. Defines user responsibilities.


S

Section:grouping items under a specific name and criterion. These are also found in Task, Records, Incident and Audits templates.

Offline:situation that occurs when a device is not connected to the Internet and cannot access the network.

Synchronization:This function is responsible for synchronizing all those events that have taken place when we were offline. In other words, these are reflected in Control Panel

Sub-item:subdivision or secondary element within a main item. Sub-items are often used to break down and detail the different parts or steps of a broader task or process.


T

Connection test:allows for a test to determine the state of Internet connection. Mark if you have a connection and the speed you are working at.

Expiry time:refers to the maximum time during which a food product can be consumed safely. Expiry time depends on different factors, such as product type, shape of storage, temperature, among others

Type:indicates the status of the incidence, it can be opened or closed

Tasks:are planned records. In other words, those who have a specific periodicity: daily, weekly, monthly, etc. The most common records we find are: cleaning record, temperature logging, opening checklist or closure of the establishment

Locations:where businesses or companies are located.


U

Output locations:allows you to select those premises that have access to the template, thus allowing for a better customization of the template according to the operation of each premises.

Users:person who has access to the Andy APP and/or Control Panel with certain limitations, or not, depending on the role


V

Application version:refers to the specific edition of Andy being used. The version can be important if software errors need to be updated or corrected.
