If you are printing labels and they are not being reflected in the Traceability label history in Andy, it is very likely that Andy is not connecting to the internet.
Please note that an internet connection is required for labels to be displayed correctly. As you know, Andy allows printing without an internet connection, but for these prints to be reflected in the Traceability tool, you need to be connected to the internet.
To resolve this issue and view the printed labels, follow these steps:
Connect your device to another Wi-Fi network or share mobile data from another device
Log into Andy and ensure that labels are displayed in Traceability > Print date
If the information does not update automatically, go to Settings > Status and click on Synchronise now
If Andy is still not displaying the printed labels, Si aún así Andy no refleja las etiquetas impresas, check the internet connection in Settings > Status > Start test.
If the test indicates that the connection is slow or insufficient, you will need to connect to another network and repeat the process. However, if the test indicates that the connection is fast, write to us at help@andyapp.io attaching a screenshot of the connection test and we will help you troubleshooting the issue.
