How to update the customizable label layout?
Has the Andy team designed a new customisable label for your brand?
In that case, it will be necessary uptade the printer settings so that the new label design becomes available and visible in the printed labels.
Remember, this step is required for those custom label designs that were previously requested from the Andy team by contacting help@andyapp.io.
To be able to print the labels with the new design, simply access the Andy APP and follow these steps:
- Click on Settings
- Printer
- Select the configured printer
- Click on Save Settings
- As soon as the Template Transfer process finishes, the design will be available to you.
Are you getting an error message?
Go to Settings > Printer > Eliminate the paired printer and click on Add Printer. Follow the steps outlined in Linking your Brother printer to Andy.
