Andy’s Traceability Tool

Traceability

Andy's Traceability Tool displays the history of printed labels. In other words, it allows you to view all the labels printed in your business with Andy.
The traceability tool shows the number of times the product has been printed together with the quantity of labels, their status, and the date and time of printing.

Info
This tool can be accessed both in the Andy App and its Control Panel.  The following articles explain how the Traceability Tool works in both cases:

  1. How can I control the traceability of my products in the Control Panel?
  2. How can I view the history of printed labels in the Andy App?
Andy can enhance inspection management in your business in several ways.

  1. It instantly displays all your products’ key details - from production dates to ingredient origins -, enabling you to be well-prepared for health inspections and to respond to any inspector questions with confidence and precision.

  2. Moreover, in the event of a product alert or recall, Andy provides search and filtering tools to quickly locate suspicious products, saving you time and resources. This allows you to take immediate action to ensure the safety of your customers and comply with current regulations, avoiding potential penalties or legal issues.

And there you have it! You now know how Andy's Traceability Tool works!

Alert
However, for the printing to be displayed correctly, you must be connected to the internet. While Andy allows printing without an internet connection, connectivity is required for these prints to be reflected in the digital labelling section.
Andy automatically detects when the internet connection is sufficient to update the prints. However, if you wish to do so, you can manually synchronise the changes to ensure they are correctly reflected.
