I don't have an Internet Connection!

Your Internet connection can unexpectedy become unavailable during your workday due to factors outside of Andy's control such as lack of coverage, a weak internet signal, or external problems outside of the working environment.

Andy helps you indetify this type of incidents and deal with it speedily with a simple-to-use tool that allows you to check your internet connection immediately.

You'll find this tool by going to Settings > Status.



You'll notice that the Status screen is divided in 3 sections:


Application version

This section shows which version you are working with and which is available for update - should you not have the latest version.

To update it using Google Play, simply click on Update now

If the available version is newer than the current version, it is highly advisable to update Andy APP, either from the Status screen, Google Play (recommended ) or APK, to avoid possible problems and, above all, to be able to enjoy all those new features that make your experience that much better than previous versions.





Internet Connection


This tool allows you to determine the status of your internet. 

Simply by clicking on Start Test you will quickly find out whether you do have an online connection conexión and its speed.
  




If you are NOT connected to the Internet, the test will let  you know. 





Sinchronisation

This handy tool allows you to synchronise all the events that have taken place while you were offline so that these can be accurately reflected in Andy's Control Panel.

As soon as you have Internet connection, Andy will automatically take care of the synchronisation. However, please note that your data can also be manually synchronised by clicking on Sync Now.


If you want to End the Session Cerrar la sesión and still have changes to synchronise, Andy will ask you if you want to End your session or if you prefer to Remain Connected and synchronise all changes by connecting to Internet.
