How can I view my label history printed in Andy APP?

Andy allows you to easily check the history of printed labels in your store. You can view this history both from the Andy App and Andy’s Control Panel.

Once in the Andy App, go to the Traceability tool, where you’ll find the printed labels along with their respective quantities, statuses, dates and times of printing.

This screen will show two ways to view your products' traceability: by expiry date and by printing date. Both cases allow you to use the Search Tool to find the product, lot, status or category you are looking for:

You can also select the exact date by clicking on the calendar:

Expiry date

This tab allows you to check what day will the printed products expire in relation to the previously printed labels:

Here, we can observe that the Milk is highlighted in red since it expires on the date we are selecting. You'll be able to preview it by clicking on the label.

Printing date

This tab allows you to preview all products printed in a particular day, with their respective number of labels.

Just like in the other case, you'll be able to preview the label by clicking on it.
