How does Analytics work in Tasks?

What is it?

It is a new view within Andy that allows you to analyse the operational performance of tasks using key charts and indicators. It is designed to help you understand how tasks are being executed in all your states.

What is it for?

  • See the % of tasks completed and justified.
  • Detect issues or alerts generated from tasks.
  • Analyze yields by staff, local, group, category or time slot.
  • Compare average execution times between templates.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve processes and equipment.

How to access?

  1. Access theControl Panel.
  2. In the left side menu, click onTasks
  3. Switch to the new tabAnalytics.

What you will find

  • Cards of KPIswith:
    • % of tasks completed.
    • % of verified tasks (if applicable)
    • Number of justified tasks
    • Number of incidents and alerts (with direct link to leaked detail)

  • Bar chartsfor:
    • % of tasks completed per day, group, local, time slot or category
    • No incidents, alerts or justifications per template.
    • % of templates made in the recommended time (green, yellow, red)
    • Average run time per template.
    • No items completed per user.

💡 Tip: If empty charts are displayed in groups or categories, it means that these fields are not configured in your account.
