With Andy, it is possible to add the option to verify task completion. On the main screen of the Control Panel, you will see tasks/records/audits pending justification:
To use this feature, you first need to set a signature for your user. To do this, access the Control Panel. Once inside, go to Settings > Users, select your user, and add the signature in the field located at the bottom right of the screen:
Once the signature is set, you need to enable the option to verify the tasks you want. To do this, go to Settings > Tasks and open or create the task in question. Inside the task configuration, under Template Properties, activate the Verification function and add the roles that are allowed to verify the task completion:
Once this option is enabled and the task is completed in the Andy APP, it can be verified by going to Control Panel > Records, filtering the search for the task, and selecting it. Once selected, click on the three dots in the top right corner to reveal the Verify option:
If you want to unverify a task, follow the same process used for verifying; this can be modified accordingly:
In the task supervision table, a column has been added that shows the verification status of each task:
Each task can have different statuses, such as: Not completed, To justify, Justified, Pending, To verify, Completed, and Verified. These statuses allow you to manage and filter your tasks more efficiently, keeping clear control of their progress.
Below is a detailed explanation of each status:
Not completed: The task is enabled in the APP but no action has been taken yet, and the deadline to complete it has not passed. Applies to tasks configured or not configured for verification.
To justify: The task deadline has passed without justification. Applies to tasks configured or not configured for verification.
Justified: The task deadline has passed but the task was properly justified. This status only appears for tasks not configured for verification.
To verify: The task was completed, justified, or marked as N/A from the APP and is set up for verification but has not yet been verified. Only appears for tasks configured for verification.
Completed: The task was finished on time or marked as N/A. This status only shows for tasks that do not require verification; tasks that require verification move directly to “Pending Verification.”
Verified: The task was completed, justified, or marked as N/A from the APP and has been successfully verified since it is configured for verification. Only appears for tasks requiring verification.
