How to sort my tasks by category?
One of Andy's main features is that it helps you make work on the premises much more efficient and organized. That is why we have the possibility to createCategorieswhich make it possible to organise theTasks.
InTaskss s sand findthe daily self-control and checklist records to be made by Andy users can be grouped into categories and divided by slots.
The tasks to be displayedthere are the newspapers, cI omo a temperature record, the opening checklist and also those which must be carried out today, as a weekly cleaning task.
To create theCategories, it is necessary to access theControl Panel. Once inside, you need to tap Settings > Templates > Categories >Create Category.
Then you see the next screen, on which you must give aNameto the category, assign aColorand specify theOrderin which it will appear:
You must then assign theResourceto its category. To do this, please go to Settings > Tasks and click on theTaskyou want to categorize.
On the right side of the screen, on theProperties of templateyou must assign it to its category in the drop-down ofCategories.
So far the process of creating category and assigning it the corresponding tasks and records to it.
This is how it would be visualized inAndy Appthe Tasks section organized by categories: at the top right are theslotsand on the left side thecategories. Only tasks assigned to it by slots will be displayed in each category. To visualize all tasks we must click onAll tasks.
