How do groups of stores work on the Andy App?

Groups of stores are designed to streamline and better manage Andy's configuration and your stores on the app.

This tool's main function is to group stores so can later select which users and / or templates (tasks, records, incidents, and audits) belong to that group. This way, you can avoid selecting each store one by one, and selecting only the group that encompasses the relevant stores.
Your first step is to create a group of stores following the guidelines outlined in this article: Creating Groups of Stores.

Once created, you can select which users belong to that group from Settings > Users > Click on User (o crearlo) > Stores > Activate the Group option and select the one you want.

To assign tasks, records, incidents, and audits to a Group of Stores, simply access the relevant template and activate the option Assign only to certain stores, then select the corresponding group.

Ready! Now you know how Groups of Stores work.
