Create a Group of Premises

We recommend creating a group of stores before adding each individual store. This makes it easier to link them later, especially when managing a large number of stores.

1. On the left bar menu, go to Settings.

2. In the Stores section, go to Stores groups.

3. This section gives you the option to simultaneously configure Individual Stores as well as Groups of Stores.

In the Groups of Stores section, you will see a list of groups with the number of stores associated with each group.

4. Click on Add group.

5. Enter the information requested: Name, Active or Inactive status.

If you already have a number of stores listed but they are not linked to any group, you can link them on this page.

6. In List of Stores, select the stores you want to link to this group or search for a store by its Name or Identifier using the search bar in this section.

7. Click on the checkbox next to the stores name to select it.

8. Once you have finished setting it all up, click on Save, and you're done!

Deleting a Group of Stores

1. In the Group of Stores section, select the group you want to eliminate from the list.

2. At the bottom of the group's configuration page, click on the Delete Group button.

Be cautious as deleting a group of stores is final and will unlink any stores associated with this group. Make sure you double-check your selection!

3. Click on Yes, Delete.

Activating / Deactivating a Group of Stores

To activate or deactivate a group of stores, follow these steps:

1. From the list of Group of Stores page, select the group you want to modify.

2. On the right-hand side of the group's configuration page, click on Activate or Deactivate the group.

If you decide to deactivate an active group, please note that all stores associated with this group will no longer have access to their respective Andy Apps, including their associated checklists.

3. Click on Yes, deactivate group.

If the group is inactive, you can activate it by clicking the button. You will notice the color changes from gray to green to indicate activation.

4. Click on Save or you can Cancel if you do not wish to make changes to this configuration yet.
