Customising Item Properties on Andy's templates

Andy allows you to customise the items of your store's templates in several ways, easily and directly from its Control Panel.

Once in the Control Panel, go to Setting > Templates > select the template for Tasks, Records, Incidents, or Audits that you want to edit or create.

Select the specific item in the template. You will see the Item Properties Section on the right-hand side of your screen.

The following is an example of the Properties of a Tasks Item:

RESPONSE FORMAT

What type of response do you want the item to be completed with? This post explains all the available response formats in Andy.

REQUEST REVIEW

This function is only available for the Tasks Tool. It allows you to select which user role should review the completion of the item if it needs to be checked. Find out more about “How to limit roles for item review?”

MANAGEMENT PERMISSIONS

This tool indicates which user roles are allowed to manage the item. Find out more about “How to limit access to records by user role”.

STORES

Andy allows you to select the business’ stores that have access to a particular template, helping you customise your information and processes according to the needs of each store. Find out how in this post.

N/A NOT APPLICABLE

This configuration ensures that the item does not count towards the final completion percentage of the template. Find out “How does "Not Applicable" work?” in this post.

ATTACH RESOURCE

This function allows you to attach a resource previously added to the Library to visually complement the item.

SCORING

This function is only available for the Audits Tool and it establishes the scoring system for an item within an audit template.
