Customising Template Properties on the Andy App

Andy offers multiple features that allow you to customise your templates according to your business’ needs. These configurations can easily be done in Andy’s user-friendly Control Panel.

Once in the Control Panel, go to Settings > Templates > select the Tasks, Records, Incidents or Audits Template you want to create or edit.

The Template Properties section appears on the right hand side of your screen, as seen here:

TEMPLATE STATUS

- Published status: The template is visible to all stores

- Draft status: The template is not visible but it has not been deleted.

TIME FRAMES

This tool is only available for Tasks and it allows you to set the time frame this task should be visible for. You can easily customise your timeframes in Settings.

TIME LIMITATION

This tool is also only available for Tasks and it allows you to limit the completion of the task to specific hours and up to 3 days before. Find out “How can I limit the schedulling of a task” here?

DEPENDENCIA DE TAREAS

This tool enables you to block the completion of a task until another task has been completed beforehand. Find out more about “How can I make a task dependent on the completion of another?” here.

CATEGORY

You can categorise your templates for better organisation. Here's “How to create template categories”.

MANAGEMENT PERMISSIONS

It indicates which User Roles are allowed to manage templates within the Andy App. Find out more about “How to limit access to records by user role” here.

STORES

Andy allows you to select the stores that have access to a particular template, helping you customise your information and processes according to the needs of each store.
