Properties of the Template

Andy has multiple functions that allow you to adapt your templates to the needs of your venue. These configurations must be made from theControl Panel.

Once inside theControl Panelyou must addressConfiguration>Templates>choose the templateof Tasks, Records, Incidents or Audits to be edited orCreate.

On the right side,you can seethe paragraph ofProperties of the Template. This would be an example of the Properties of a Task Template:

State of the plans

- Published:The template is visible to locals

- In draft:The template is not available on premises, but it is not deleted either.What does a template with state in Draft entail?

France horaria

It sets out the turn in which this task must be visible. This setting is only in Tasks. Under Settings you canCustomize slots

Limitation

It allows you to limit the completion of the task list to certain hours and up to 3 days earlier.This setting is only in Tasks.How can I limit the schedule of a task?

Tast dependence

It allows the option of being able to block the completion of a list of tasks until you complete another listing.How do I make one task dependent on completing another?

Category

Locations

You can select those premises that have access to the template, allowing for better customization of the template according to the operation of each venue.Assign a task to multiple premises.
