Andy offers multiple features that allow you to customise your templates according to your business’ needs. These configurations can easily be done in Andy’s user-friendly Control Panel.
Once in the ControlPanel, go to Settings > Templates > select the Tasks, Records, Incidents or Audits Template you want to create or edit.
The Template Properties section appears on the right hand side of your screen, as seen here:
TEMPLATE STATUS
- Published status: The template is visible to all stores
- Draft status: The template is not visible but it has not been deleted.
TIME FRAMES
This tool is only available for Tasks and it allows you to set the time frame this task should be visible for. You can easily customise your timeframes in Settings.
TIME LIMITATION
This tool is also only available for Tasks and it allows you to limit the completion of the task to specific hours and up to 3 days before. Find out “How can I limit the schedulling of a task” here?
