To limit access to records by user role, you need to have created user roles first.
In Andy’s Control Panel, go to Settings > Users > Roles > Create Role > Assign a name and select the Role.

You can learn more about the types of user roles available and their characteristics in this article.
Finally, you need to access the specific record and limit the access based on the role. To do this, go to Template Properties, under Management Permissions, and select the role that should have access to that record.
And there you have it!
You now know how to limit access to records by user role.
