Task, Records and Incident Management Permits
To limit access to records by user role, you need to have created user roles first.
In Andy’s Control Panel, go to Settings > Users > Roles > Create Role > Assign a name and select the Role.

Once the roles are created, you need to assign them to different users. Find out how in this article.
Finally, you need to access the specific record and limit the access based on the role. To do this, go to Template Properties, under Management Permissions, and select the role that should have access to that record.
