Can you customise an incident's status on the Andy App?

Yes!
Andy App allows you to customise an incident status.

All you need to do is access Andy’s Control Panel and go to Settings > Customisation > Incident Status.

Info
To edit the names of the Incident Status, you need to access the Control Panel with a level 8 user (by default, the Administrator role). Please refere to User Role Types and How to Create User Roles for more information.

If you want to create a new status, click on  in the upper right corner of your screen.

If you want to customise an existing status, click on the corresponding status.

Info
The statuses you create and customise are always of the "Open" type. You can learn about the functioning of the statuses in this article about Incidents.

Once you click on   or access the already created status, simply enter a Name and assign a Colour to the Status that appears on the screen.

Done!
