Types of User Roles Available on the Andy App

Types of user roles

The following are the different types of roles and the access restrictions you can generate on the Andy App and Andy's Control Panel:


  1. Employee (Level 1) : Employees have basic access to a store allowing them to interact only with some of Andy’s tools including libraries, tasks, and printing labels.
  1. Duty Manager (Level 2) : Users have full access to a store where they can manage tasks, records, incidents, and audits.
  1. Manager (Level 3) : Users manage a store with full access to both the Andy App and Andy's Control Panel.
  1. Supervisor (Level 4) : Users exercise management functions in multiple stores and have full access to their respective Andy App and Control Panel.
  1. Franchisee (Level 5) : Users exercise management functions in multiple stores and have full access to their respective Andy App and Control Panel.
  1. Global Supervisor (Level 6) : Users have full access to Andy's Control Panel for all stores, including functions such as supervision and analytics.
  1. Administrator (Level 7) : Users have access to the Control Panel and Andy App of all stores for both consultation and management purpose
