Types of User Roles Available on the Andy App

Types of user roles

When you create or edit a user, you must assign them a permission level from 1 to 7. This level determines what they can do in Andy App and the Control Panel, as well as which locations they can access.

Andy App is mainly designed for day-to-day work at a location. The Control Panel allows users to supervise operations and, depending on their level, access management and configuration features.

Levels 1 and 2 work from Andy App. From level 3 onwards, users can also access the Control Panel.

What does each level allow?

Can supervise assigned locations and access additional options such as Printers and Sensor configuration.

Can supervise assigned locations and edit their information.

Can supervise all locations and manage Location groups.

Keep in mind

The options each user can see also depend on the tools included in the account. Therefore, even if a permission level includes access to a feature, it will only appear if it is available for the account.

Specific permissions may also modify access to certain features.
