How do I limit the revision of an item to a particular role?
Andy allows specific role or roles to review an item within a Task template. This review function allows the designated person in each store to double check an item and verify if it has been completed or not.
All you need to do to set this up is make a small configuration in Andy’s Control Panel. Go to Settings > Templates > Tasks > Select the corresponding template.
In the Template Properties, enable the option Request Review and select the Role or Roles that are allowed to review this specific item.
Once the user with the appropriate permission reviews the item, it will be marked like this:
If a user tries to review this item without having the permission to do so, they will see the message that you can't review the task:
Done! Now you can limit the review of certain items to specific roles in Andy.
