How do I limit an item execution to a specific role
Andy allows you to determine which items can be executed by different user roles.
This way, you can ensure that the right person at the right store completes the item you want completed, preventing users with lower-level roles from attempting it.
How do you go about doing this?
It's simply a matter of making a small tweak in Andy's Control Panel.
From the Control Panel, go to Settings> Templates and select the corresponding template. In the Template's Properties, enable the Management permissions option and select the role or roles that are allowed complete this item.
Users with permission to complete will be able to do so without any problems from now on.
However, if a user tries to complete this item and does not have the appropriate permission, Andy will not let you to complete it.
