Create, Delete, Activate/Inactivate Product States

In this article you will have the steps to take to create and then delete a state.
To create a state, follow these steps:

Step 1
Go to the next itemConfiguration

Step 2
Inside theConfigurationyou will see the section ofLabellingwhere the titles of:Product, States, Categories and Availability.




Step 3
Click onStates.

Step 4
On the top right side, press the
Info
Here you will see that in the top left menu you will have the tabs of the different titles in which you can navigate simultaneously.

Step 5
You can now edit the state properties. You can only create 1 at a time.
You can give him a:Name and priorityin order than priority.
Info
This feature gives you the opportunity to create agility when creating products, prioritizing that states are the most frequent or important among food and products.
You can alsoactivatethe state to appear between the other states.

Step 6
Once the order of priority has already been named and assigned, click on the yellow Save button at the top right of the box.

Step 7
It will automatically take you to the list of states page where the name of the state you have created appears. A confirmation of what created at the top of the screen will appear.






Delete a State

Deleting a state is very simple. Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1
On the page with the status list, choose the status you want to delete and click on it.

Step 2
At the 3 points in the top right, you can delete the status.



Alert
Removing the state completely deleting it from the list and causes it to deviate from products associated with that state.

Step 3
Clicking will give you a warning, if you are still sure of the action, click on "Yes, Delete", on the other hand you can "No, cancel".
After reiterating deletion, it has already been automatically removed from the list of states.




Activate/Inactivate

This function within the states that are created gives you the opportunity to keep states that are not being used at the moment.

Step 1
On the status list screen, choose the status you need to inactivate or activate.
Click on it.

Step 2
Once on the status page, on the right side of the box there is a button function describing status asActive/Inactive.




Click on it and the status will change.

Alert
YesInactivethe state will be lost with products linked to this state.
You will skip a warning and you can click on "Yes, inactivate status" if you wish to continue. If you have doubts, you can cancel on the same warning.



Once re-enabled, that configuration is re-enabled from the product.
