Andy provides the Operational Timers tool, designed to remind and ensure that all key tasks are completed throughout different work shifts. Its main function is to facilitate daily operational management, ensuring that actions are carried out on time and with the necessary frequency, thereby maintaining an efficient environment in compliance with Food Safety standards.
To organize the timers, it is recommended to arrange them into categories. Each category can be configured to suit the needs of the venue.
In Operational Timers, the user will by default see the timers scheduled for the current day, according to the frequency and alarms previously set. Available frequencies can be daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly, and each timer may repeat several times throughout the day depending on its configuration.
The process is simple: once the action indicated by the timer is carried out in the venue, the user only needs to tap the corresponding timer in the application to record it.
