At Andy we want the customer to have the necessary assistance to resolve any kind of unforeseen events.

That is why we have aSupport Chatwhere the customer can contact support and receive response at the time.

This chat is available in theAndy App(in the Help section), in theControl Paneland also in theHelp Center.

Once introduced theNameand theEmailan operator will respond to the message on the same screen of the chat, thus being able to engage in a conversation to resolve the issue.

In the event that no operator is available, the incidence will be handled by the email indicated.
