In that case we recommend performing a series of basick checks according to the error message that appears on the Andy App.
This article might help you identify the error codes, potential causes and how to troubleshoot them.
One of those solutions, likely the last to be performed, is to restore the factory default values. In other words: resetting the printer configuration to zero, as if it were the first time you are using it.
To do this, simply follow these instructions:
1- Pulse Menu 2- Select Administration
3- Pulse Restore
Once restored, you'll need to reconnect it to the device and link it to Andy. You can follow the steps outlined in this article.
