Andy's chat is an internal communication tool for your day-to-day operations.
After identifying themselves with their PIN, users can leave messages in the Andy App, read unread messages, include photos, or comment on another employee's message.
From the Control Panel, users such as supervisors, operations managers, and quality managers can leave messages and announcements for everyone in a restaurante or a group of restaurants.
The chat tool can be used for:
- Leaving messages for employees in other shifts.
- Receiving messages from supervisors, operations managers, or quality managers.
- Receiving alerts and news from headquarters. For example, changes in products, operational changes, global incidents, among others.
With Andy's chat, there is no need to use personal apps, as it centralises all communication among employees within the app.
The chat feature includes various functionalities, including:
- Emojis 🙂 in messages
- Message schedulling
- Sending messages to multiple establishments, selected from the Control Panel
- Highlighting important messages
- Sending photos
