How to access an Incident from a report on the Andy App

How do I access an issue from a report?

Andy allows you to easily access an incident reported in a Task, Record, or Audit report. 

To do this, first you need to Create a Report.

Creating an Incident is simple, and this article will guide you through the process: Managing Incidents from Andy’s Control Panel

Go to Andy's Control Panel > Tasks or Records or Audits and click on the corresponding report.

 
To access the Incident, click on the button See Incicent  and you will be directed to it automatically.

Done!
