How can I view my reports, download and share them in PDF format?

Andy allows you to customise your reports and download them in Pdf format.

You can access the report you want to download from the left sidebar by selecting the corresponding section: tasks, records, incidents, or audits.

Simply check the button

corresponding to the report you want to download. You can also select all by clicking the same button that appears first in the horizontal menu:

UNANSWERED ITEMS

This option allows you to hide or show items that have not been answered. To display them, enable the Show "Unanswered" items setting. To hide them, Disable it.

COMPLETED ITEMS

This option allows you to hide or show user, date, and time details of completed items. To display them, enable the Show details of completed items setting. To hide them, Disable it.

DOWNLOAD IN PDF FORMAT

Once you have customised your report, you have the option to download it in Pdf format. Simply select the desired report and click on the Save as Pdf option.

SHARE REPORT

Andy also allows you to share the report link. Simply access the corresponding report and click on Share.

After doing so, a message will show you the link to be copied. Click on Copy link and paste it into another tab. This will allow you to see the specific report.
