How do I resend the access credentials for my location?

With Andy, it is possible to resend the access credentials for the location assigned to your user. If you need to send the access credentials for one of your locations, follow these steps.

First, you need to access the Dashboard. Once inside, go to Settings > Stores > Stores:




Once you are on the screen showing the locations assigned to your user, click on the corresponding location:



At this point, you will see the information related to the location. To resend the access credentials, in the middle of the screen, in the Site Access section, click the forward button.

Here, you can:

  • Send the credentials to the email associated with the location

  • Send a copy of the credentials to the email associated with your user

  • Send a copy of the credentials to another email address

Once you have selected one or more of the available options to send the access credentials, click Confirm to send the email with the location’s access credentials.
