How do I change my store's access code?

To change your store's access key, you first need to access Andy's Control Panel with a manager-level user or higher (as this is the minimum user level with access to the Control Panel).

This article reminds you How to Access Andy's Control Panel.

Once in the Control Panel, go to Settings > Locations > Stores > Click on the corresponding store

You now have two options within
Store Access:

1-
Reset access: clicking on this button gives you the option to enter a new access code with a minimum of 8 characters.

2- Resend access: this option allows you to resend the access data to the store's email.

In both cases, Andy will ask you if you want to resend the store's access data to the store's email. You can Confirm or, reject by clicking Later

Done!
