How to remember access for multiple accounts on the same device?

At Andy, we are aware that your workday requires you to adhere to specific timelines.

That's why we prioritise ensuring that no unforeseen events affect the pace of your work, such as forgetting your access credentials!

This feature is particularly useful for stores where multiple Andy accounts are used on the same device.

To facilitate access and avoid entering your credentials each time you log in and out, Andy allows you to save the accounts that use the app on the same device, as would be the case of a single kitchen used as a working base for different brands.

To remember access for multiple accounts on the same device, click on NEW LOCATION and enter the credentials of the account you want to add.

Once entered, you will access Andy's main screen. To log in again with another already registered account, all you have to do is log out and click on the name of the account you want to access.

 

 

If you want to remove access for any of the accounts, simply click on the cross icon  that appears to the left of each account. Additionally, you can use the search bar to find your store quicker.
