Follow these steps to unlink the device from the store:
1. From the initial user login screen, click on the on/off red button.
2. When the message "Are you sure you want to disconnect from (Store Name)?" appears on the screen, click on “Disconnect”.
3. Now you are back on Andy’s access screen for that store. Here, you can enter the store's name and its PIN code.
