Accessing the Andy App with your user and PIN
1. Go to the Andy App.
If you haven't logged in with your business' information, enter the name of the store and its PIN.
2. Choose your user from the list. You can also access a filter located under your user role.
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Your initial access PIN will be provided by your administrator. You can change your user access PIN in your profile settings.
4. Click on Access.
There you go! You have successfully logged into Andy and are now located on its home screen.
If you DON'T use Andy's Labelling Tool, you are good to go!
If you DO, please follow the steps below to pair the printer with Android and/or Windows.
