Installing your Brother Printer for PC-Windows
Minimum requirements
- Your PCs operating system must be Windows 7 or Windows 10.
- Printing on Windows requires a minimum version of Chrome 61.
Installation Steps with Online Connection (Recommended)
1. Turn the printer on before connecting.
2. Connect the printer to the PC using a USB cable at the back of the printer and then to the computer.
3. Download the driver for the printers you will be using with Andy on PC-Windows.

5. Download Brother's b-PAC
- Windows 7 (32 bits) - Download
6. Add Brother’s b-PAC Extension to your Chrome browser - Download
