Configure the size of the label paper for Windows
Printing on Windows requires configuring your printing preferences during installation.
1. Go to Start-> Control Panel> Printers
2. Right-click on the printer and select Printing Preferences
3. Select Paper Size Settings
4. Download the paper size configuration file according to your printer model:
Once the above link is opened, if the file doesn't download directly, right-click and choose Save as… or Control + S to download the file.
5. Select Import… to add a new paper format:
5. Choose the downloaded configuration file from step 4.
6. Accetp by clicking on “Yes” and have the new paper sizes imported. Click on “Accept”.
7. Click "Yes" to import the new paper sizes and then click "OK".
7. Click "Exit" in the configuration window and then select the new paper size.
8. In the "Paper Size" option, select the new size "Andy Label 55mm x 50mm".
7. Apply changes and click OK.
You have now successfully configured your label paper size.
