Troubleshooting printing errors on the Zebra printer

In this post we'll show you how to resolve any potential connection issues between the printer and the device used to print with Andy.

Resetting the Wi-Fi network on the Zebra printer 
 
To reset the Wi-Fi on the label printer, please follow these steps:
  1. Turn on the printer using the power button.
  2. Press and hold the Pause (II) + Cancel (X) + Power button until both LEDs at the ends are lit, then press only the power button.



  3. When the first LED is Green and the last one is Red, release the buttons.

  4. Once the printer's Wifi is restablished, proceed to configure the printer in Andy via WiFi.

Resetting the Bluetooth connection of the Zebra printer 

If your device does not display the Zebra label printer in Settings > Bluetooth, press the middle button until it starts flashing. You soon should see it become available for pairing via Bluetooth.



Resetting the default values of the Zebra printer

1- Make sure the printer is off. 
2- Press and hold the power button, pause button, and label roll button at the same time.



3- When a light turns on, release the power button and continue holding the pause button and label roll button.


4- After a few seconds, three blank labels will print, indicating that the printer has been reset to factory settings successfully.
