If you see this message on your screen: "The printer is not yet configured," follow the steps in the following articles according to the type of device you are using:
2. Search for the product or food item for which you need a label.
You can use the filtering options to search for products:
By categories on the left side.
By product status at the top.
Or simply scroll through the available products.

4. The top part of your screen will show the steps you need to complete during the labelling process based on the selected product:

Automated labelling with Andy allows certain fields to be automatically filled, such as:
The initials of the user printing the label
The product's storage condition
The printing date
Automatically calculated expiration times
Andy also autosuggests the two previously entered lot numbers so that you don't have to manually enter them for each print if the number repeats itself.
Simply click onand the selected number will be automatically entered.
The same applies to a product's primary expiration date. In this case, Andy will suggest the two most recent dates previously entered:
5. In the final step, indicate the quantity of labels to print.
6. You can review the label previewto ensure that the information is correct.
7. Clik on Print. Your selection will be sent for printing, and you will then return to the Labels page where you can pring more labels if you need to.
If you don't have an internet connection... don't worry!
Labelling with Andy works the same way even without an internet connection.
However, to update the printing data in the Control Panel, you need to restore the internet connection so that Andy can automatically update the prints made offline.
You can also manually update these changes by going to Settings > Status and clicking on Sync Now . The message will indicate the changes pending to synchronise that were made when there was no connection.
It is essential to enable automatic date and time to proceed with the printing.
Andy is capable of detecting if you are printing on the correct date and time, so doing otherwise would affect the proper functioning of the business. Click on Go to Settings to enable this function and return to Andy to continue printing!
