On certain occasions during your workday, you may find yourself in places where the internet connection is unstable or lacking. Fortunately, Andy has the ability to continue functioning offline, allowing you to complete tasks even without an internet connection.
If that´s the case and you don't have an internet connection, Andy will send you a notification letting you know that 'You have lost your internet connection' and display an icon in the upper left corner indicating that you´ve gone into Offline Mode.
Once in the Offline Mode, you can access the Tasks tool and fill it up as usual. Andy will store the changes until you regain your connection. Items pending synchronisation are marked in blue:
When you reconnect to the internet, Andy will automatically synchronise all the tasks you've completed offline, and those items will be marked in green:
However, if you prefer to do this process manually, simply click on in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also synchronise your changes - including labels printed offline -, in Settings > Status > Synchronise now.
If you want to log out and there are changes pending synchronisation, Andy will ask if you prefer to log out without synchronising or keep the session open to synchronise the changes as soon as you reconnect to the network.
And that's it!
