How do I manage my records in Andy APP?

What is it?

A set of improvements in log management that makes it easy to resume and complete extensive templates. Includes visual indicators, section finder, progress bar and quick access to slope.

What is it for?

  • Know at a glance which sections you have already completed.
  • Take a record right where you left it.
  • Hide what has already done to concentrate on what is missing.
  • Easily navigate between many sections.
  • Reduce errors and gain efficiency in data logging.

How to access?

  1. EnterAndy APP.
  2. Click on the toolRecords.
  3. Open a record saved as a draft or launch a new one with multiple sections.

What will you find?

  • Indicators by section: a check appears when everything mandatory is completed (and the optional marked as "not applicable")



  • 🔽Collapsible sections: you can hide what has already completed for a cleaner view



  • 🗂Indicators in tabs: show what is completed and what is not.


  • 📊Progress bar: above all, the percentage completed according to automatic validation is displayed


  • 🔍Section search: available when there are more than 5 sections


  • 🚀Direct access to pending section: when opening a record, the first incomplete section is accessed directly


  • 📂New tabs in the Records table:
    • Drafts(default asset if any).
    • Completed.
    • Both have counters and visual alerts.

💡 Tip: If you look for a section that does not exist, a message is displayed indicating that "there are no results" to avoid confusion.
