How do I delete a user?
Andy app
Fordeleteauserof your place, you must first access theAndy APP.The only requirement is that you must log in with a user with a manager role (Level 3 or higher), as it is the minimum level required to edit users.
1. Once inside Andy, dgo to the next itemConfigurationin the left side menu and tap onUsers
2. Within the paragraph ofUsers, click on auserexisting to modify your data
3. Click onDelete user
4. To avoid errors, a confirmation message will appear in which it should be pressed again onDelete user
Control Panel
In order to delete a user from Control Panel, you need to haveaccess to the Control Panel. Once inside, you must access toConfiguration>Users> click on theuser indicated.
Now a screen will open to you where in addition to deleting it, you canedit itchanging the data you want.
To delete it, you must click on the three points in the top left, and then,Delete
