Creating and Adding Users on the Andy's Control Panel
Want to create or add a new user in Andy?
Easy!
All you need is someone with a user level that allows them to access Andy’s Control Panel - such as a supervisor or manager - to create new users roles.
This is how:
2. Go to Settings on the left side menu.
3. Click on Users under the Users section.
4. Click on the button that reads 
on the top menu
2. Fill the basic information provided in the form that appears here:
6. Assign a Role to the user according to the level of access they need. You have all the information you need about each Role’s access and limitations under the role name. For more details, here is a description of each role.
A user cannot be assigned more than one role.
7. Depending on the Role, you can allow or deny Access to the Andy App and the Control Panel.
8. Manually assign a Temporary PIN or generate a Random PIN. The user can change their PIN once they access the Andy App.
9. If the user is granted access to the Control Panel, an access invitation will be sent to the email address provided when they filled up their basic information.
10. Assign the store or group of stores that the user will have access to. You can select more than one location using the dropdown menu: “Which stores will this user have access to”. This means that the user can access the Andy App for these stores, and their PIN will be the same for all stores.

The User screen now allows you to see the roles, stores and groups the user has access to without having to access his / her information:

You now have a new user!
