Andy has the power functionLimit access to Audit templates by user role. That is, it shows how to assign different types of limitations assigned to roles. To do this, you must access toControl Panel.

In order to limit access to Audits by user role, it is first necessary to understand user roles.
In Control Panel you have to accessconfiguration>users>roles.
Below are what types of user roles exist and their characteristics.

Then you must accessConfiguration>Templates >select the templateofAuditscorresponding. Once selected, theProperties of template, inManagement permits, the role in question is selected and its limitation is configured: view, edit and validate



  1. See:allows you to view the template, without being able to complete it
  2. Edit:allows you to complete the template
  3. Validate:allows you to validate the audit.
