Andy does not detect the printer in Settings
First we recommend that you review theminimum equipment requirementsto work with Andy and labelling.
If the printer is not detected on the Android Tablet:
1. Verify the correct connection to theinternet internet.
2. Check out that theBluetooth modeon the printer and the same with the tablet.
3. If both Bluetooth modes are on and in search of equipment, verify that it appears as a team to match.
If despite having the requirements, internet connection, and bluetooth mode is on both sides, the problem may be hardware. In this case you can contact the Support team (help@andyapp.io) to make a more thorough review or to contact through theSupport Chat.
In the event that the printer is not detected from Andy on PC-Windows:
1. Check the wiring that is properly connected between the printer and PC-Windows.
2. Verify that you have the right installeddrivers for the correct printer, b-PAC and Chrome extension.
3. Check that the path of the printer files is correct at the time of writing in the settings.
If despite having the requirements, correct connection of cables, internet connection and having successfully downloaded the driver, b-PAC and extension, the printer is not yet detected. In this case you can contact the Customer Success team for a more thorough reviewhelp@andyapp.io.
