The Andy Logbook is a tool available within the Control Panel designed to send messages to specific store/s and be seen on the Chat of the store's Andy App.
All you need to do to use it first is to access the Control Panel and click on 
.
This is what the logbook looks like:
You can select the store to which you want to send the message using the Notes selector. The message can be accompanied by emojis, and images can also be attached by clicking the icon
Additionally, by clicking on the three dots to the right of the message, you can delete, mark as important, edit, and even reply to the message.
Another feature of Andy's Logbook is that you can filter message searches by words, user, and important messages. You can also select the corresponding store beforehand.
This is how a message would appear on the Andy App:
Finally, you can also send Announcements and schedule them to be sent on a specific date and time. To do this, go to Announcements and click on Create Announcement, where the following screen will appear:
On this screen, you will be able to compose your message, attach images, select the store/s that are to receive the announcement, and choose to publish it immediately or schedule a date.
This message is also displayed in the selected store's Andy App.
