How to troubleshoot the "Incorrect template selection" message on the Andy App

How can I fix the message of: Template selecc. wrong?

If you encounter the message "Incorrect template selection when printing", don't worry! There's a very simple solution!


Go to your Printer's Menu > Template Settings > Template Mode > Off.

Once you have turned off Template Mode, go back to Andy and you should be able to print without any issues.

If the message persists, go to Andy > Settings > Printer  and pair a new printer or click on an already paired printer and click on Save Settings
