Notifying by email when an incident is created on the Andy App

Andy allows you to notify your supervisor via email when creating or closing an incident.

Simple access Andy's Control Panel and go to Settings Templates > Incidents and click on the corresponding template.

You'll find the option to notify via email on the right hand side of your Template Properties screen. The first option you'll see is that of Notifying via email to create the incident.  Andy will ask you to assign an email address, a subject line and to write a message.

Just below you'll find the other option, which is Notify via email to close the incident. The process is exactly the same, and it will ask you to assign an email address, a subject line and to write a message.

This is how your recipient will see his or her new message:

Done!
