Don't worry if you don't remember the access key, it's something more common than you think!That is why in Andy there are two ways to retrieve this key:

If I have access to the Control Panel:

For first access to theControl PanelAndy's team has sent you the invitation to the Panel by email. If you cannot find it, we can forward the information by writing tohelp@andyapp.io:

1. Within theControl Panelgo to the paragraph ofConfigurations>Locations>Premises.

2. Click on thelocalthat you need to get the data.

3. In theAccess to Andy, you canresetorforwardtheaccess key

4. If you decideforwardaccess, you will receive theaccess datain the mail of the premises.
On the contrary, if you decideresetaccess, you will have to write anew keywith a minimum of8 charactersor generate a random key.

5. In case you want to re-establish theID of the premises, you will have to change thenot of the premisesby clicking on

I do not have access to the Control Panel:

On the screen oflogin, follow these steps:

1- PressHave you forgotten the key?

2- Then enter theIdentifieroremail

3- You will receive an email with a code ofsix digitsin theemail

4- Enter the six digits and tap onSend code

5- Reset the key with a minimum of8 digits
