How do I download a report in CSV format?
Andy allows you to download any record from your store as an CVSV file, giving you a better control of the tasks carried out by your team on the Andy App.
To download a record as an Excel file, select from the Control Panel's left side menu the report you intend on downloading (tasks, records, incidents or audits).
Click on the button 
that corresponds to the report you want to download.
You can also select them all by clicking the same button that appears first in the horizontal menu.
This is how the selected button should look like: 
Once you've made your selection, click on Download Report (CSV).
Additionally, you can directly access the report by clicking on View Detailed Report.
