How can I see the detail of the activity of my premises from the Control Panel?
In Andy it is possible to export the data showing the charts in Control Panel related to the activity of the completed tasks. This function allows you to extract information from sectionsBy premises,By group,By slotsandBy templatesto analyse the activity of the account and its premises.
This facilitates the control of activity, custom reporting and the exchange of data relevant to its management. Here's how to use this functionality and what data contains the CSV file.
🛠 How to export the data?
Access theControl panel
Navigate to the section you want to export:
By premises
By group
By slots
By templates
Click on the three points icon
in the upper-right corner of the corresponding chart.
SelectDownload CSV.
The CSV file will automatically download to your device.
📁 What does the CSV file include?
The downloaded file contains the data visible in the graph of the selected section.You can see information such as:
Name of premises or group
Date and time of activity
Number of tasks completed
Share of compliance
