Brother Printer Guarantees with Andy

This article explains the details of two types of warranties offered by Brother: CORE and ADVANCED.  


What are their main differences? 


CORE:

  • The Core warranty can be extended from 3 to 4 or 5 years.

  • You will be covered in case of failure for up to 5 years from the original date of purchase.


ADVANCED:

  • You can choose an advanced warranty extension of 3, 4, or 5 years to keep your label printer running smoothly.

  • Once Brother receives the defective product, a replacement product will be sent on the same day if it is received before noon.

  • With the ADVANCED warranty extension, your business is guaranteed minimal downtime and interruptions.
