If Andy isn’t loading properly - for instance, if all you see is a blank screen with no information - the solution could be as simple as clearing Andy’s cache, although it might depend on the device you’re using.
You may also see the following message when trying to access the Andy App:
In Safari, go to Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
Select one or more websites and click Remove or Remove All
Reopen Andy in your browser
