Andy isn’t loading correctly

Andy doesn't load me correctly

If Andy isn’t loading properly - for instance, if all you see is a blank screen with no information - the solution could be as simple as clearing Andy’s cache, although it might depend on the device you’re using.

You may also see the following message when trying to access the Andy App:



If Andy is loading slowly or cannot access your store due to an apparet connection error (after first ensuring that your Internet connection is working properly), you may need to clear Andy’s cache.


While it's quite uncommon, we recommend taking the following steps on your device:


Android
  1.  On your Android device, go to Settings > Apps Andy > Storage
  2. Tap on LClear Data  () > Delete All Data, then tap Ok. Repeat the process by tapping Clear cache:
     
  3. Try accessing Andy again using your credentials

iOS

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Storage Andy 
  2. Tap on Delete app:
  3. Install the Andy App again.


PC

Google Chrome

  1. In Google Chrome, go to Settings > Clear Browsing Data:
     
  2. Select the following options: Cookies and other site data // Cached images and files. 

  3. Once selected, click on Clear Data

     4. Open Andy again.

Safari
  1. In Safari, go to Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data

  2. Select one or more websites and click Remove or Remove All

  3. Reopen Andy in your browser
