Andy helps you create templates with each business store’s specific HACCP record, reducing the time invested by your team in creating these records.
The Template Gallery gathers all pre-designed basic templates for HACCP operations in your kitchen. These templates may fit perfectly the needs of your business and/or may be modified after importing them.
To start using the Template Gallery go to Andy’s Control Panel> Settings > Templates > Tasks and Records and click on
The Template Gallery will appear on your screen where you’ll be able to navigate through the categories and select the template we want to use by clicking on + Importar Plantilla
This is when we can navigate between the categories and select the template we want to use by clicking on + Import template
Once imported, you’ll be able to edit any section, item, format, condition, etc., or leave it as it is by clicking on "Save".
You can also create a template from scratch.
Remember you can use the draft status to make the template invisible in the Andy App if you are modifying it and it is already published.
