If a user needs to reset their PIN, you can assist them by following these steps:
1. Go to Settingss
2. Click on User > User
3. Select the user who needs a new PIN from the list of users.
4. In the Access to Andy App section, click on Generate New PIN.
A notice will warn you that a temporary PIN will be sent to protect the user's privacy.
5. Click on Understood, reset PIN.
6. You can enter a temporary PIN or generate a random one.
7. Click on Save Changes.
Great! The user now has a new PIN.
